FAQ

NT$ 1,500 / per pet (exclude 15.5% tax and service charge). If the second pet does not need amenities, the additional price will be NT$ 600 / per pet (exclude 15.5% tax and service charge)
Room Type: Limited to 1 King Bed Room, 2 Twin Beds Room, Deluxe Family Room, and Studio Suite.
Please reserve 2 days prior arrival.
Maximum of two pets for each room, the second pet is only available through direct phone booking.
In public areas, including SOCIAL, SODE Bar, the gym, elevators, etc., pets must be in a stroller, carrier, or on a leash, and must be accompanied by their owner at all times.

According to Law of Taiwan, minors, aged under 18, are not permitted to check in or stay in a room unless accompanied by an adult (be it a parent or guardian) or a consent form agreed by guarian is required to be presented upon checking in.

Parking lot is located at B1 & B2, height limit: 1.8 meter.
B1 is equipped with TYPE 2 and TPC model TESLA charging stations. The charging rates will be displayed after the user logs in with the QR code. If your charging station is not of TYPE 2 or TPC specifications, please bring your own adapter. If you have any questions regarding operation and charging, please call customer service at +886-3-577-503.
For motorcycle parking, please park at EPISODE’s reserved parking area (beside the exit of the parking lot on the first floor).
